We aim to offer a transparent pricing structure. You pay for what you get and it’s all clear upfront, so there are no surprises!!
There is a minimum call out charge of £80, this is the minimum rate you can expect to pay, but this does include the first 30 minutes of any service purchased. For example, a cooker installation will cost you £80 total. Only exception to this, is the landlord safety certificate.
